Presenter instructions

Registration Reminder!

To maintain your place in the program, authors must register for the Colloquium by 6 September 2013 (

Minimum requirements:

Poster teams at least one author from your team must register
Oral teams
at least one author from your team must register
Workshop teams
all facilitators must register

*For all speakers*:  All oral or workshop presenters can load their presentation in the speaker ready room (Vienna 201A) at any time/day before their presentation; technical support will be available in the speaker ready room, but not in each workshop/oral session room.

Please note: For the most up-to-date information regarding the date, time and location of your presentation, click “My submissions”, located in the blue internal menu on the left side of the page, and then click the title of your presentation.

Oral Presentations

All oral presentations are 15 minutes in length with 5 minutes for questions. This means that there are four oral presentations in each 90-minute concurrent session.  
***Exceptions: The three oral presentations scheduled in Keystone 206B on Friday, 20 September at 10:30-12:00 each have 20 minutes with 5 minutes for questions, and the five oral sessions scheduled in Baltimore 303B on Friday, 20 September at 15:30-17:00 each have 10 minutes with 5 minutes for questions.
